Sanner integrates continuous training and development measures as well as feedback interviews and information talks into an individual employee development concept. We specially promote and challenge our trainees very early using creative teamwork, specific projects and an exchange program with other companies.
To our management and associates, the most important thing is that all employees with Sanner feel respected as individuals and be encouraged to act autonomously.
An open and fair approach to each other and a cooperative working atmosphere is one of Sanner’s major aims. We commit ourselves to this aim in the Sanner Corporate Culture Manual.
Short decision-making chains are a strength of our medium-sized business. Any employee can get information about all ongoing projects and their status. But that is not all: Thanks to our idea management, interdisciplinary workshops and 20Keys® projects, everyone is involved in the development process and encouraged to take part in the improvement of organization, working environment and work content. This way, all employees help design our company to the best.
